I have been working in education since 1999 and I have been working at Roxhill in 2022. My educational philosophy centers on creating a safe, stimulating environment where students are empowered to think critically and explore their potential. I believe in fostering a student-centered approach where individual backgrounds and experiences are valued, and learning is made meaningful through active engagement and discovery. I believe every student has a story that can be told through writing, reading, mathematics, art, physical education, dance, games, and free choice time. Helping students to learn how to be critical thinkers about the world around them, helps them better learn how to express their own story, and voice. By sharing one another's story, we can learn even more about one another, to make learning fun, and improve our world.
